Server Build Requirements & Terms

All discord servers begin with a consultation to gather details about your stream, audience, aesthetics, and needs. This helps us understand what your server should feel like—not just how it functions.

Once your consultation is complete, Moxiee will deliver a detailed server blueprint including:

• Full structure with role permissions, hierarchy, and color coding

• Step-by-step development plan with estimated timeline

• Bot setup plan (Streamcord + any agreed-on basics)

You'll then be asked to:

1. Review the plan

2. Respond to the approval message

3. Type "I approve"/ E-Sign

4. (For rebrands only) Transfer temporary server ownership to Moxiee or Sudden
   

Why ownership transfer matters:
To fully build or restructure your server—especially if it’s a rebrand—we require server ownership. Discord limits what even high-level admins can do, and we don’t want to delay your build waiting on permissions or access. Ownership will be returned promptly once work is complete.

Bot Terms:
Premium bots must be purchased by the client. We only install and configure free bots unless otherwise arranged.

All bot work will be done on existing bots already installed in the server. We do not overhaul full bot systems in rebrands.

If the client already has 1 bot, and their package includes 3 total bots, we’ll install 2 new ones. The total bot count will not exceed the package amount.
- Additional bot setups are $10 each.

We will not break Discord’s Terms of Service for any reason. Requests to do so will result in immediate termination of the project.
